I have an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Mechanical from Institute Of Technology, Nirma University. I am currently a product manager at VMock, a leading career readiness platform that leverages AI to provide personalized feedback and guidance to job seekers, serves career center as well as employers. I have core competencies in startup, end-to-end product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, client relations and product and business strategy.
At VMock, I manage a team of 15 across design, development, testing and client success to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs and expectations of our users and clients. I have mobilized the delivery of 150+ product features by drawing out the user stories, flows, product logics and wireframes. I also act as the main liaison with Ivy League clients to gather feedback and requirements, offer tailored solutions and support peak usage cycles by providing real-time query resolution. I enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment, where I can collaborate and work on various additional pieces like new product monetization strategies and GTM strategies for new markets with the CEO. I am passionate about creating innovative and impactful products that empower people to achieve their career goals. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked as a summer consultant at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) to digitize existing offline IPs. I have also held positions of responsibility at IIM Calcutta and Nirma University as VP of Sustainability and acting treasurer for the global CEMS club at IIM Calcutta, and as a vice president at ISTE, where I led a team of 200 to organize a national level fest and multiple events.
