I am building agile teams of software developers as a talent acquisition - tech recruiter for DOT Indonesia, an IT Solutions company that develops web apps, mobile apps, and blockchain. Working based on the vision to KEEP AHEAD in the infinite game of IT Industry, I spend my days finding, recruiting and hiring suitable engineers who commit to grow together in this game
