Set among the picturesque sand dunes is a tranquil and breathtaking luxury sprawled across a 26 Acres, a true escape to nature from City Buzz just 45 minutes away from Dubai Airport.
A project worth 20mil. GBP, Executed in 2 phases over 2.5 years the master plan itself refined, due to growing brief and requirements.
Desert Resort Layout :
Phase one : Luxury Tent Houses
Majlis & Dining for 30 people, Gym, 3 Double bedroom with living, 2 Luxury master Suites, Staff quarters, Industrial kitchen & 800 Sqm Split level Pool.
Phase Two : Luxury Club House
Club house, Owners master bedroom, Dining room & Living room, Beach access Pool with Jacuzzi, BBQ seating for 100 Guests. Lagoon connecting all spaces, 1 Km Walkway, Helipad, Animal park.
Having Both Phases completed, a third Phase is under Construction for Guest Houses.
Involvement : 3D Concept to Completion ( Exterior/ interior & Landscaping ), Design coordination, Ultra realistic visual renders, Design options, lighting design, Video Shoot, Award Book & Booklet Design & Presentation.
About : Sibu Kuriachan has more than 15 years of experience in 3D Visualization ( Architectural / Interior Design ) & Computer Arts ( 2D & 3D Design & Rendering), Animation and Multimedia. I am a Graduate in Computer Science & Art, I hold Diploma in Computer Arts, Animation & Multimedia as well as Desk Top Publishing. And Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application.
