✔ I have worked right from pre-award and post award activities like, analyzing purchase requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness, preparing and issuing Request for Quotation (RFQ) to qualified bidders, negotiating for best price, delivery, terms of payment and purchase order terms &conditions, helping coordinating technical review of paperwork with appropriate departments, issuing purchase orders after securing required approvals, arranging kick-off meetings, expediting the engineering deliverables, assessing the monthly progress of vendors and managing for the delivery, closing out purchase orders following confirmation of the successful completion of all contractual and procedural requirements.
