About
(i) PROJECT EXECUTION:
a) Hands on experience to handle H.V.A.C. project (Chillier & VRF system).
b) Technical discussion with Architect, Client, Consultant to execute the project.
c) Execution of ducting work & chilled & hot water piping work, refrigerant piping work.
d) Installation of Chiller, VRF system, Ductable system & others package Units.
e) Co ordination with sub-contractors, dealers, vendors & suppliers.
f) Execution of Clean room, Hospital, Hotel, Large commercial complex HVAC job.
g) Handle the complete project planning, execution, installation & commissioning of HVAC system.
h) Handle value added service like energy audit, air & water balancing, Duct cleaning etc.
(ii) SYSTEM DESIGNING:
a) Calculation of heat load.
b) Design of duct for A.H.U & other HVAC Units.
c) Selection of A.H.U, FCU, air ventilation grills & dampers as per requirement.
d) Pipeline diagram/Schematic diagram of VRF system.
e) Chilled water pipe & refrigerant pipe design basic.
(iii) SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE:
a) Hands on experience of maintenance & trouble shooting of Chiller, VRF & Ductable systems.
b) Maintenance of A.H.U., F.C.U. Cooling tower Chilled water systems, Pumps etc.
c) Manage to handle annual maintenance contract of HVAC system.
d) Maintenance & trouble shooting of VRF system, inverter, ducted inverter system.
e) Create more associates/channel partners for delivery of proper service to customers.
f) Train & upgrade to our channel partners for more perfect & value added service.
g) Generate revenue by billing for spare parts.
Current JD:
1. Installation, Testing &Commissioning of Air & Water-cooled chillier, VRF Systems from starting to handing over.
2. Installation & testing & commissioning of air handling unit, fan coil unit, ducted inverter system, chilled & hot water pump etc.
3. Monitoring project planning, execution and billing to customer.
4. Attend client, consultant, architects meetings. Ensure that the project execution should be complete on time within the budget.
5. Provide training to our dealer & upgrade their performance.
6. Doing energy audit at site.
7. Take care of safety harness implementation at site. Provide safety training, arrange tool box talk, as per company standard.
8. Maintenance/ Service & Trouble shooting of the HVAC system (Chiller & VRF) by maintaining LOG book. Replace spare parts for HVAC system through our channel partner’s team. Handle the insurance claim for damaged/lost equipment spare parts. Ensure to provide best customer service always
