Currently hold dual pivotal roles at SWAN Group. As the Group Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, I spearhead initiatives driving growth and innovation across our diversified portfolio spanning Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Shipyard, Real Estate, and Textiles. Additionally, I serve as President of our LNG business overseeing substantial capital expenditure of 5000 crores to establish an initial capacity of 5 MMTPA, with plans to expand to 15 MMTPA. Concurrently, I am at the helm of a comprehensive HR Transformation initiative, leading a team of 14 HR professionals to enhance organizational capabilities and foster a dynamic workforce
As Vice President and Head of Strategy/Chief of Staff in the CEO's Office at Nayara Energy, a $16 billion downstream oil and gas company in India, I oversaw a wide spectrum of responsibilities. These included directing corporate strategy, ESG strategy, business strategy across functions, business transformation, M&A activities, and overseeing key strategic initiatives.
My expertise includes aligning business strategies with corporate goals, driving significant HR transformations, and managing the CEO's office. This encompassed supervising strategic projects, managing budgets, and coordinating senior executive meetings. I spearheaded strategic digital transformation plans and implemented a target operating model that optimized business enablement, reduced costs, and enhanced operational efficiency to ensure competitiveness in the global market.
I designed and executed strategic growth initiatives, managed profitability targets, and provided leadership across financial functions, offering recommendations to the Board in alignment with organizational objectives. With extensive experience in PMO and governance, I excel in conceptualizing, developing, and implementing solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders to achieve heightened efficiency and effectiveness.
Additionally, I have a proven track record in establishing annual budgets for OPEX and Capex, diligently reviewing performance against targets, and analyzing variances. I am adept at leading large, diverse teams to successfully execute transformation programs spanning HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and beyond. My leadership extends globally, managing teams across diverse cultures and geographies including the United Kingdom, Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the Philippines.
