· Propose strategy to manage O2O or omnichannel leads to ensure effective lead delegation, reuse, nurturing, resulting in maximum business conversion. This includes how to automate the process. · Optimize the lead ecosystem or platforms improve CX / UX / SEO and backend of lead qualifying and assignments. This includes to manage to have necessary connections to different platforms e.g. Agent Portal. · Work with related parties and channels to make sure the right prospects or target audience are navigated to the right products and channels e.g. Tele · Monitor lead journey from onboarding, delegation, contact until conversion. Make sure leads are handled in prompt actions, followed up and updated of status. · Use available data and tools to nurture, score, reuse and approach with the next best offer campaigns, increasing new business opportunities across BUs. · Work with channels to ensure distribution engagement in lead management; getting their buy-ins and best fit their working environment. · Present regular lead management performance reports, and regularly share best practice of digital marketing programs either from competitors or other industries that applicable to our current plans · Participate in UATs and other digital projects as assigned.
