I have worked in manufacturing for just over 15 years now and that has given me exposure into multiple fields within a
manufacturing environment, I have worked with Raw meats, Automotive, Plastics, Blown film & Bakery, I am currently
responsible for the business unit that is the only producer in the world of the Iconic Cadbury mini roll and we produce in
excess of 1 million units per day suppling stores across Europe, Middle East and Australia.
I have been governed/worked for companies such as Tulip, Danepak, M&S, Tesco, TTAS, Toyota, Centriforce, Premierfoods
& Mondelez, having this opportunity has given me an incredible opportunity to learn what exceptional standards are
across different fields and how to always strive for continuous improvements. Working under the umbrella of TPS is where
I started to love what we do in manufacturing and where I decided this was the long-term career path for me, my long
term goal is to help transform business globally by driving more efficient labour profiles to keep business sustainable and
bring in the right mentality for long term success.
