Hey people, 🙋♀️welcome to my world where I intertwine my bookish and philosophical nature with my love for the field of people management. They say HR stands for "Management - Sense of Humor = HR,"(LOL) 😅😂...but I believe HR is the heart and soul of an organization. It is a dynamic and fascinating domain that allows me to connect with individuals from all walks of life, from the fresh-faced rookies to the seasoned veterans.
As an Executive HR professional, I am the single point of contact for anything to everything. From overseeing the entire recruitment process to leading teams and training new joiners, my role encompasses a diverse range of activities that keep me engaged and motivated.
𝑴𝒚 𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒂𝒔𝒌𝒔 𝒊𝒏𝒗𝒐𝒍𝒗𝒆𝒔:
👉Sourcing candidates from various job portals like, Linkedin, Indeed, Hirect, or Jolly hires.
👉Selecting or shortlisting from those sourced candidates.
👉Interviewing potential candidates (with two step verification process of HR round+Technical questions round and then assigning practical tasks).
👉Selecting and onboarding them to the organization. Orientation and initial training of the new joiners.
👉Handling Attendance keeping and salary payroll related activities.
👉Recognizing the work-life balance, I also plan various employee engagement activities which keeps the work environment amazing and keeps the employees motivated.
👉Handling exit formalities and other admin work.
