I’m an exited founder turned strategy and operations leader who loves helping companies turn big ideas into clear plans — and then making sure those plans actually happen. My background blends process improvement, business operations, and strategic planning, with plenty of time spent working directly with founders and leadership teams to solve messy, high-stakes problems.
I thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where no two days look the same. Whether it’s building new processes from scratch, coordinating cross-functional projects, or acting as a strategic sounding board for leadership, I’m at my best when I’m connecting the dots between teams and keeping everyone aligned on what success looks like.
I also bring hands-on experience with fundraising and investor relations, having worked closely on pitch prep, investor outreach, and due diligence processes. I know what it takes to keep a company running smoothly behind the scenes — and I love being the glue that holds it all together.
